Review on 🍝 Stainless Steel Spaetzle Maker by Danesco - 12x4.5 Inches by Tania Mendoza

I cook a lot of Hungarian dishes (paprika, goulash). My mom used spaetzle on these plates, and when I realized I could buy a gadget that would help me prepare a real dish more easily, I explored all the products available. The manufacturer Danesco seemed very durable to me, so I ordered it based on the reviews. Now making spaetzle is so much fun, it's easy and the end product is to die for. They are small, beautiful and fluffy. (My handmade spaetzle used to be big and uneven. Small spaetzle really soak up the sauce in the goulash.) I'm so proud to serve these dishes now. This device is definitely worth buying if you like cooking like me. completely new. One caveat: working on a simmering pot can be tricky. I hold the spaetzle maker with an oven glove and move the lever back and forth with the other (main) hand. I do this as fast as I can and every once in a while when my hand is too hot I'll pause and admire what's already in the pan. That's great!
