Color and size issues

After reading other reviews and measuring the paws of two of my dogs I ordered a size 6, 7 and 8 tan dog but they ended up being too big for him. The pink size chart from the 2016 review is more accurate - one size down for a better fit. It looks like my large dog needs a size 7 for front paws and a size 6 for the back and my small dog is fine with a full set of size 6s so I have to return the 8s and another pair of 7s to get. This leads to another problem - I ordered 3 pairs in tan and received 3 pairs in tan *marked* but 2 of these are in a much darker brown - although this may not be the official dark brown. If I order some more tans, what will I get? The boots are really good quality. No word on durability as we've only been trying to figure out the dimensions so far.
