Edible White Clay

Interesting, simple and chalky taste, slightly dusty, floral, pasty and thick to the touch, melts well in the mouth while watching TV, reading or computer programs. I told my best friend about it and he said I want to try it too, he's Fruitatarain, he gave me his diagnosis what vitamin I'm lacking as I even ate mud from my mother's plant as a kid and I have one Specialty had spoon which I left to eat dirt and stuff and he was right vitamin B and as I'm Native American my vitamin D also tends to be low we need more sun exposure to absorb vitamin D , Coral Calcium helps with that rash we get from the sun I found! My mom has the same problem! The doctor put me on a multivitamin when I was a kid and I still ate that mud because it tasted so good I knew I shouldn't eat it so I called myself sneaky and ate it until my mom put the plant where I could. I can't get to it anymore, but I'm 59 years old and I still remember the taste of that filth! So clay is a nice treat, it's not mud but I'll try the others I've seen! I like it!
