I loved this heater when my office froze due to strong uncontrolled AC currents in the building. I've used it several times this summer, no more than 5-6 times, no more than 20 minutes at a time. I even bought a second one for my new office space. Now that it's cold autumn and I'm working in a new building, Super doesn't want to turn the heating on so early, so I figured my little heater would work again. But no, it smelled like burnt wires as soon as I turned it on. It's like it's been overheated and fried. Waste of money and I'm cold, even more disappointed
