I have owned this bag for 6 months and it has had a lot of air and road travel - up and down stairs, over noisy tiled floors etc, it's one hell of a bag. Reviews written too soon after purchase are useless - I felt my review after 6 months might be helpful.1. The black canvas material is not only sufficient, but also extremely durable. You can scratch the house key on the surface of this bag without damaging it.2. Canvas handles are included for occasional carrying. When I travel, I hang another accessory bag over it to take advantage of the wheels. Then, when I climb a flight or two, I grab the canvas loop handles while the telescoping handle extends and the extra bag is placed in place. Ribbon. long telescopic handle - very durable.3. Height, width and depth dimensions fit under an airline seat and in the overhead bins of small commuter aircraft operated by airlines.4. Three compartments - each large enough for a laptop. I am traveling with two laptops and an iPad. In addition to three zippered compartments, there is a front pocket for additional items such as pens, receipts, papers and more.5. The retractable, telescoping tow/sled twist handle is of the same quality as almost any other bag of its kind. This telescoping handle is not strong enough to be repeatedly telescoped and carried up stairs - the telescoping handle will eventually deteriorate/degrade after prolonged use handling in this way - so don't wear it in this way. 6. The wheels are my only "not perfect" thing about this bag. The wheels consist of only an average rubber compound. When running behind a rental bus and pulling the wheels sideways on concrete or tarmac roads and sidewalks, the wheels retain the flattened areas around the wheel that cause loud bangs when you return to hard ground surfaces for normal/normal rolling. use. There are bags with wheels made from higher quality rubber compounds that are better able to withstand abuse. No problem.
