It's hard to grade this on assembly since the unit I received had one leg with holes in the wrong places. They were about 2 inches higher than the holes on the other 3 legs. This was very frustrating but the company was very helpful in solving my problem.They responded promptly to my initial issue and send me out a new leg. Unfortunately it was not the right leg. Finally, and this is weeks later but communication and shipping has taken time, they finally sent me a whole new unit and did not insist that I go through the hassle of shipping this behemoth back.There was still a shelf that didn't fit but fortunately I was able to use one from the other set to complete the assembly. It is a really nice rack and I didn't want the wire kind where objects not sitting perfectly between the wires would tilt. It looks good and seems sturdy.As there are others who experienced similar issues - caveat emptor. But the company will stand behind it.
