This is a great device, I can't believe I waited so long to get one. I didn't know this thing came with 6 yes 6 probes. You can control 6 different things at once, or multiple parts of a large piece of meat. It seems to measure the temperature accurately, I've used it on my Weber smoker and it's worked great so far. It has a default alarm when your food reaches the set temperature. Overall this is a great device and it even comes with batteries. Get it ahead of grilling/smoking season wherever you are. I'm in NorCal so they roast/smoke most of the year :-)
