The customer service is always great! Whenever I have an issue or question it's taken care of quickly by one our dedicated support team members who are just as excited about solving my problem/question than they should be!! And when you need something done fast - like adding users-it can sometimes go wrong (especially if there was no room in your plan).

This isn't necessarily their fault though since we do not offer unlimited plans so things come up from time too often regardless whether this has anything at all todo wit them being involved but still..they're good people & work hard enough without any complaints :) They've helped us solve many problems including those related to onboarding issues which were very difficult before using binks platform because we weren&rsquo.
