Great Customer Service and quick response times

The customer service is always great! Whenever I have an issue or question it's taken care of quickly by one our dedicated support team members who are just as excited about solving my problem/question than they should be!! And when you need something done fast - like adding users-it can sometimes go wrong (especially if there was no room in your plan). This isn't necessarily their fault though since we do not offer unlimited plans so things come up from time too often regardless whether this…

Great customer service and efficiency

I love how easy it is! We can see who's been in our restaurant during certain times of day or weekdays vs weekends etc., which helps us determine what specials we should be offering at those different timeframes/daytimes (and also makes me feel like an actual manager!). It takes some getting used too but once you do - everything runs smoothly from thereon out :) The only thing i dislike about this app are all their promotions they send through email every month- sometimes even twice per year…

Excellent platform - Great customer service

Easy way to integrate into an existing app like Open Table or DoorDash. Allows me to see what my customers are doing. I can also send them emails if they have not completed one of their tasks through the app. It is very easy to use once you understand how everything works. The support is also great. They really do care about making sure you get what you need. There is nothing I dislike so far. My only gripe is that there needs to be more promotions. We still haven't done anything this year…
