Review on Binkt by Cho Screeton

Easy way to integrate into an existing app like Open Table or DoorDash. Allows me to see what my customers are doing. I can also send them emails if they have not completed one of their tasks through the app. It is very easy to use once you understand how everything works. The support is also great. They really do care about making sure you get what you need. There is nothing I dislike so far. My only gripe is that there needs to be more promotions. We still haven't done anything this year since we started using it in January. We are still trying to figure out what they want us to do with it. So far, it has helped us keep track of our customers and let them know about our promotions when they are available for them to redeem.
