Review on 💁 Enhance Your Lashes with Maybelline Illegal Extensions Washable Blackest Mascara by William Lara

I've been buying this mascara for over 2 years now, I love it but I tend to use it as a first layer and then apply my favorite mascara that is now Maybelline to Heaven, after 2 my eyelashes were 3 times longer than normal. I never stopped using Maybelline Illegal Length as a primer/first coat (to be perfectly honest I thought it was primer/fiber because it said fiber lengthening so I assumed it was like the formula fibers that i used where it had a fiber tube first you used mascara then second so i thought thats it and thats how i used it for over 2 years lol i remember thinking i could just being my own mascara, I only realized after reading these reviews that I was doing it wrong lol but to be honest I will just keep doing what I have been doing then I have)
