Review on New Balance Casual Comfort Trainer Men's Shoes by Mark Gilbert

As shown, the toe of the 608v5 (left) is much narrower than that of the 608v3. (Correctly). I bought these to replace my old 608v3 shoes and I bought them the same size and width. While the old 608v3 fitted my foot perfectly, the new 608v5 is too tight in the front, causing my big toe to press against the side of the shoe. The rest of the shoe looks the same in length and width throughout the shoe. I don't know why New Balance changed the fit (or last) so drastically but kept the same model number. Very disappointing.
