I used these on my queen spring mattress to convert it into a bed frame and they were excellent! They are very strong and made from solid wood so don't worry about them collapsing under the weight of my bed even when I'm lying in it. I didn't like the look of the 3 legs on each side of the bed I've seen on some DIY project websites so I went with these stronger legs and only used 4, one in each corner. I also added three 8" support legs (cut from a 1.5" x 1.5" post I got from Lowes). They look attractive and are the right proportions for such a large project. Space under a chair, sofa or bed.
