The support team is very easy going, they respond quickly (usually within minutes), are always willing help solve any issues I have - even if it's not their job! Sometimes we need more time than expected for an issue or feature request but that doesn't happen often. They don’t seem interested in adding new features unless there is demand from our customers which makes sense since most of my requests come directly through customer feedback forms so this isn’t much different then what would normally be done anyway. We use mailtatic as part of our CRM software solution called ToutApp. It has been great having one place where all communications go instead of multiple emails being sent back-and-forth between us and clients/customers via other channels like phone calls & meetings etc..
