Uncomfortable and Useless Lumbar Support

According to my experience, this lumbar support is not worth buying, especially for those who are into team sports. It's not comfortable to wear and it did not provide any support, leaving me with an achy back after every game. It only served as a hindrance, causing me to move less confidently during the game. Sports and Outdoors enthusiasts should steer clear of this product.
