We have an extra room above our garage that we sometimes use as a guest room, but there is no toilet in that room. We are expecting many guests during the holidays and need a changing room for our guests. It meets all requirements. Not only is it large enough for guests to hang clothes, but it also provides storage space for off-season clothes, freeing up space in our master bedroom closet. It also looks good and seems to be quite durable. I used it for about 10 days. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was because the directions were poor - lack of information in one place and incorrect information in another. When assembling, remember that the narrow end bars must go through the frame first, and then the wider end bars are inserted into the narrow ends (not the frame itself).
