The main problem I had with this product was that it was buggy. Sometimes the headphones refused to play sound. In this case, restarting the headphones or my phone did nothing. The only way to get them working again is to connect a new Bluetooth device to the headphones and then reconnect them to the original device. There were plenty of other issues too, for example I recently had an issue where trying to turn off the right earbud resulted in the volume increasing. And finally, after 1 year of ownership, they are no longer charged. Aside from these main issues, the headphones don't stay in my ears very well either. They fall out when I smile too much. The touch sensors are also too large, so I can't adjust them or put them back in my ears without enabling touch. I won't buy them again.
