The main problem I had with this product was that it was buggy. Sometimes the headphones refused to play sound. In this case, restarting the headphones or my phone did nothing. When properly seated in the ear, the headphones are snug and the bass sounds fantastic. Headphones that can't. the controls are a bit annoying. Touch pauses/resumes. So you accidentally hit it all along.
