When properly seated in the ear, the headphones are snug and the bass sounds fantastic. Headphones that can't. the controls are a bit annoying. Touch pauses/resumes. So you accidentally hit it all along. If you try to adjust the position or take it out for a moment, you accidentally stop because the piece itself is very round and there's no real piece to grab without touching the pause/resume button. There is also no mute switch. This is disappointing as Spotify ads are very, very annoying. You can turn down the volume, but it takes about 10 seconds. Volume down by pressing and holding the left side for 2 seconds. And then it beeps every time the volume changes and it lasts for a while. 5 stars only for the sound quality and the cheap headphones. I would give them 4 or 4.5 stars for a fault but overall it's better than other headphones in many ways so between 4 and 5 stars it's 5 stars because it's a great buy. If they cost $40 it would be a different story - 4.
