This product is very easy to install but opposite heads leak over time. The original unit purchased was returned and re-ordered due to excessive leakage during initial installation. The second unit has worked great for a few weeks and is now having the same problem with a leak on the opposite head being used. Not worth sending back as the leak is minor but annoying. The material is very thin and feels very cheap but works well and doesn't pull the pipe out of the wall. The pressure in the smaller head is so intense that I wouldn't recommend letting it hang - always reset to avoid unnecessary splashing. Both heads have incredible pressure even when used together. I was pleasantly surprised by this, which is why I give this product 4/5 stars. If the pressure wasn't so good, it would be 3/5.
