Just installed the wiper arm + brush. The new part fitted perfectly and was very easy to assemble. I am very happy with this purchase. I wanted to buy another brand on another website at twice the price. I'm so glad I bought this. It really works. As many other reviews say, I had to replace the base with a larger diameter base to fit my motor shaft. BUT IT WAS SO EASY! Was really surprised. There is an easy way to replace it which is detailed in the instructions. By the way: To remove the old lever, I sprayed on a liquid mechanical loosening spray and let it work for a minute. I used a screwdriver on hand and wiggled it and wiggled and wiggled some more. But after a minute he fell off. All in all I'm very surprised at how easy the whole process was AND how well this part fit. This is a winner and now I know where to get the next one. If you need a rear wiper for your 2004-2007 Malibu Maxx, do not hesitate to buy it.
