Review on Efficient Organization: Cuisinart CSC 1000 Stainless Steel Caddy for Utensils and Cutlery by Onsommoshit Mathews

I use it on my grill and it replaces my bristle hooks

I've read on the news that these steel bristle scrapers could shed bristles and get into your food which is extremely dangerous. And since reading this, I've noticed that my bristle scraper has really come off. So I threw them away and bought another non-Cusinart scraper. It was fine, but it was flimsy and the plastic handle was slow to bend (especially if you're scratching a hot grill) so I threw it away too and got this suction cup! This Cusinart scraper is built to last. I know it says "Grill Scraper" but I use it on my grill and it does the job well. Many times I heat it up to 700 degrees and scrape it and there is no problem at all. I like the width as it can erase multiple grids at once. FWIW I have a Weber grill with enameled cast iron grates that are flat on top, not round steel bar grates. That's probably why it works so well for me. Yes, it's not as good as a steel bristle side brush, but at least I know it's safe.
