Good TV mount product

When I decided to hang my TV on the wall I didn't want all the cables hanging down. I did a little research and found these mounting brackets and the DataComm 45-0002-WH 2-Gang Low Voltage Panel Mount Cable Plate. Their combination was a perfect match. They created a clean and professional look. For anyone trying to run cables through a wall this is a good mounting bracket. This works especially well if you don't have a stud or don't want to mess with attaching the back box to the stud. All you need is a utility knife and a screwdriver, along with you and a mount installed. Pros: - Naturally easy to install. - Attaches adequately to 1/4" to 1" thick wallboard, paneling, or drywall. clean and I didn't have to tighten the screws. Cons: - Be careful not to overtighten the screws. The threads are plastic and you can over-tighten and destroy the threads, making the bracket unable to securely attach to the wall. The mount is mostly plastic and might feel a bit cheap, but it gets the job done. All in all I am very happy with these mounts. Had it installed for over a year and had no problems. I get a lot of compliments on my installed TV and how clean it looks. These brackets are the unsung hero of this project.
