Try this out! on my review.

I got this bar in two days on prime delivery. It came in a nice box and was easy to put together I did a short workout for my first time using it and today I have a few sore muscles but I take that as a good sign. It comes with a booklet on some workouts you can do with the bar. I would recommend it if your not able to go to a gym. I have long work hours so I can’t find time for a gym but definitely a good buy.
