I need black dress shoes for work but they ended up getting dirty from walking around in them a lot indoors and on the sidewalk of the parking lot. Good quality shoes end up being too expensive as I destroy them after about 6 months. These shoes are not of very good quality. But they fit well and have enough sole cushioning to significantly reduce the stress that comes with getting up. They are easily polished for scratches and the like. But because they're non-slip, they're easier to put on and take off and more comfortable. I'll probably wear them for a few months, but for their low price I don't mind. I bought two pairs of these sneakers. Update: After wearing both pairs for a few months the insole cushioning material has come loose from the shoe but still works. Also, something in the sole began to squeak when she flexed while walking. These are both shoes from both pairs. I only hear it when the room is quiet, but the creaking is a bit annoying as every step creaks. You can hear me approaching from 25 feet away. I think it's the pad that's chafing the shoes as the pad isn't attached well on the inside. They lasted for months without repair. They practically do not scratch and do not scratch, they are easily polished. They were very comfortable. I run several kilometers a day in it, 5 days a week. I bought two pairs because the price was low. So I'll probably just replace them when the time comes instead of fixing them. I think this is a good buy for the price. I just wish they didn't squeak! Update 9 months later: I still wear the first pair as casual wear and the less used second pair as shoes. Still very comfortable. I love that I can just take them off at the end of a busy day. Or if my legs get tired, I can just take them off under the table and put them back on in no time. But they all now make a creaking sound when they bend over while walking. I definitely don't sneak up on anyone with it. Update about a year later: I had to throw away a pair as they started making holes on the outside of each shoe. But the second pair I bought still works. a few more of these. I like these shoes for their value and durability. I just wish they didn't squeak so much until I bust them and that the underfoot liner was better attached to the shoe.
