I bought two used subwoofers hoping there was an attempt at quality control. I feel completely cheated by Amazon. the first model used was broken. First hit are burnt coils from a previous customer and easily spotted in seconds with my multimeter. Second hit - the next subwoofer works, but it's an outdated model that was replaced by a previous customer as a blatant scam. They carefully packaged the replacement model so that it would not be discovered. it is unbelievable that it was returned. right broken model. modified model on the left. never again. I have bought two new ones and hope to write a positive review on what is otherwise a good product. Received brand new. The sound is clean and strong. unbeatable for the price. Use a small closed box and push the amp a little with a 2 ohm connection scheme. 5 star product across the board. just don't buy used.
