Before I buy something, I like to read reviews. So if this helps. I want to give props for shipping of this item. It came as promised. The ponytail is very pretty and soft but in the description it says human hair and I doubt it is because it sheds and it has that particular smell of non human hair wigs. But nevertheless it is a great buy and it looks beautiful, it's easy to put on. They add a little extra hair accessories. Great service. I don't regret it. It is full, soft and wavy. Perfect for what I want.
