I needed a butt cream that was safe and recommended for cloth diapers. I was completely satisfied! Luckily my daughter doesn't have as many diaper rashes as I think cloth diapers prevent that, but she had more bowel movements with diarrhea that caused irritation. I think it was because something I ate was affecting my breast milk, and it happens quickly and quite severely when it does. I use the wand for multiple diaper changes throughout the day and it cleans them up right away. The smell is pleasant and nice that you don't have to touch the sticky diaper ointment. I bought one for the diaper bag and one for the house so I can be sure they are always available!
