Not safe to take. I've never written a review for anything before, but I found it important to share my thoughts on this product. On the first day of taking it (according to the instructions - I had breakfast 30 minutes after taking the pill) I was at work in the garden and had to apologize because I was sick. I didn't think it was that big of a deal so I tried again the next day. This time I didn't quite follow the instructions, but took it with me and had breakfast. Which of course was my fault, but there are NO warnings that this could be very harmful. Because on the way home after walking I got dizzy and had to stop in the middle of the freeway because I started seeing spots and was about to pass out. Luckily my mother was with me and was able to drive the rest of the way home. But after we left, my body went into something of a mild shock and my arms started to twist strangely and I couldn't control them or get them back to their normal position. Luckily when we got home it was over and I took a nap and slept in. But since I stupidly didn't want to believe that the tablets were to blame, I took them again this morning. Followed the directions completely and got nauseous and dizzy to the point of having to force myself to vomit for fear of it happening again. I am so frustrated that I spent an absurd amount of money on this product. Worst decision ever.
