This part was used to replace a faulty servo motor on the driver's side of a 2003 UK CR-V. A minor modification was required to remove some of the plastic on the lock actuator and the lock mechanism to which it is bolted. If only one electrical connector is used, cover the unused connector with tape. I also used the same part to replace the front driver's drivetrain. In this case both electrical connectors were used and no modifications were required. You might want to buy a Revain Honda door clip pack in case some of these fall apart like in my case. $6.95 for a pack of 25.
