I used colors I didn't think I would wear often. If I cut the threads, I'll get used to it. They won't look like corks unless you have big earlobes. They are true to size. Thicker than expected. I had to force them through my existing piercing. I would definitely buy them again if they could be smaller. They would definitely look cuter! Otherwise I bought them because the substrates are flat. I mean more comfortable. I'll probably remove the elastic so they sit better next to each other on my ears.
