I tried it and fell in love! I finally managed to treat some stubborn hairs that I couldn't pluck anymore. The only reason this product gets a 4 out of 5 is the lack of instructions! I had no idea what the little heart-shaped trays were for, and I wasn't aware of all the work involved. there was wax all over me. I'll try to get some oil to clean it up. I also had trouble finding a good temperature, I prefer warmer wax than hot wax, but it turned out too runny and not thick enough. I will keep trying. I've only started with the face as it's the most urgent hair, but I'm looking forward to trying other body parts.
