I used to have to go to the salon because I didn't know how to do it at the time. And I didn't want dark armpits. My sister helped me when she got one for her birthday and it was a lot more convenient than the way the salon did it. Heat on high speed for 20 minutes and cool for 10 minutes. It was easy to use and removed almost all of it. I had to apply it 2 times on each hand to get hard, but it went quickly with tweezers. i already love it

Great price but it doesn't remove hair, the wax sets very quickly before hair sets, it's also very fibrous, wouldn't recommend. I'll leave it warmer and try to use it on a different type of wax, I don't like those wax balls.

Worked better than I expected for the price. The light turns off quickly at maximum settings, but still heats up when the light isn't on. I didn't leave it with the lid and left. I sat and stirred for 5 or 6 minutes and it was ready to use. Works well on nose hair, eyebrows, neck/chin hair, armpits, bikini line and as pore strips on the nose. This is my first waxing kit and I love it. The wax warmer is of excellent quality and heats up fairly quickly. One of its nice features is the automatic temperature; Once it reaches the desired temperature, it turns off and on again when needed. The maximum temperature is 185 degrees Fahrenheit. I am very happy with this purchase. Definitely recommend.

I am a Licensed Beautician and purchased this item for home use based on the incredible reviews but unfortunately they didn't match the reviews. The pot heats up for a long time and switches off automatically so that the wax does not heat up sufficiently. It's so easy and works really well removing hair from under my lips and eyebrows. I was brave and put some on my nose and around my "T-zone" on my face and it helped clear my pores and didn't harm my skin at all and I have very sensitive skin.
