I bought the device from Revain. We were very pleased when it was installed and loved the cold and hot water features. We've been using the unit for a little over a month when we noticed that the water doesn't get as hot as advertised. As tea lovers, we needed the water temperature to be around 180 to brew, but the machine only managed around 160. I emailed Avalon directly. I explained my problem and Leah almost immediately began returning this unit and ordering a new one for me. I sent the unit back on Friday and received a new one the following Monday. This new unit now produces very hot water and we are very happy! The reason we chose Avalon was all the positive feedback about the company itself and how great they are to work with. I can confirm that 100%. This was the best customer service I have ever had! They responded to my emails within hours and worked hard to fix the faulty unit. I can say we will be Avalon customers for life!
