I really like this product. I don't drink much water, let alone room temperature water, so this has changed my life. I switched from Brita filter jugs (among other filter jug brands) to buying bottled water, but neither was easy. I actually found out the 1st car was leaking in less than 1 month it was an accident given the excellent reviews they have. I contacted customer service in avalon they were friendly and helpful they let me check the blue plug was there to close the drain valve on the rear it was intact they had me remove the 2 rear top screws to release the drain valve removing entire top panel underneath Where the water bottle is supposed to check the inner seal.
