I don't know what to do with this cooler. He definitely has a nice look. function in another. Cold water doesn't come out ice cold. Just a few degrees colder than bottled water before it enters the refrigeration cycle. I still have to throw a few ice cubes in my glass after filling it from this cooler. Likewise, hot water comes out lukewarm, not hot as advertised. It's definitely not enough to make a cup of tea or a cup of hot chocolate. I kept this cooler for almost a month. I literally returned it a day before the return window closed. We only used it once or twice and at most 3 times a day, but the hot and cold cycles seemed to work consistently. I haven't tried opening this cooler to see how it works inside. The day I got my last electric bill, I noticed a $15-$20 increase in my electric bill. I know for sure that our electricity consumption hasn't changed from the previous month, except for this new cooler. This led me to realize (or think) that the cold water chamber and hot water chamber in this machine are too close together and there is little to no insulation between them, causing the chiller's mechanism to constantly kick in to to loosen the mechanism heater. Conversely, the water heater turns on constantly to compensate for the cooling, which wastes a lot of energy.
