love the way it is packaged. it is very presentable. The box serves as a decent place to store the communicator's pin (although I would use some plastic between the foam and long-term storage as the foam will degrade after a few years). It comes with clear and simple instructions and a charging cable, as well as wiring diagrams for the device itself. Now let's get to the pins. Looking at pictures of it online I was concerned it might be too thick, but was pleasantly surprised to find that it's almost the EXACT dimensions of a real screw! (After attaching it to the screen used as a prop, I honestly can't tell what the difference is in size or thickness.) The quality is amazing. The sound quality is just as amazing. The "chirp" is accurate and loud enough to be heard. The caller's voice is at perfect volume, and according to my roommate (whom I called), it sounds like I'm speaking directly into the phone, instead of all the "tinny" sound that many Bluetooth devices tend to have. It's a fantastic development and at a great price! UPDATE: A year later, this is still my favorite phone accessory and it's still drawing attention. so much so, i even bought another one for a friend!
