Review on 🌬️ Lian Li UNI Fan SL120 3 Pack Black - Controller Included (ARGB 120mm LED PWM Daisy-Chain) - 12UF3B by Robert Aiono

These fans are incredible! They look amazing and work like a charm! The RGB colors change very smoothly and there are no bright light hotspots. The daisy chain feature is just awesome. I may never buy another brand fan again just because of the daisy chain feature! I can add more fans to my computer. These fans are designed to connect to the Lian Li control box, and the control box is connected to the motherboard. I originally configured these fans this way and had issues with my software not showing the fan speeds with the Asus Armory Crate software. However, the RPMs were displayed in the L-Connect software. Also, it gave me a "CPU Fan Error" message from my BIOS, which I had to bypass by ignoring the CPU fan monitor in the BIOS. To work around this, I connected the fans' PWM cables directly to the motherboard (not Lian Li's control box). Now shows RPM in Armory Crate. I did it this way because it's easier for me to control the fans with my motherboard software. Personal preference only. And it got rid of the "CPU fan error" I had before. Works perfectly. Please note that the RGB cables for these fans are Lian Lis branded connectors and will not connect to your motherboard. So you need to use a control block for RGB. The control unit is connected to the Argb connector on the motherboard.
