This petticoat is beautiful. He's so fluffy! And it looked great under my skirt. You can tie a ribbon in the front, which is pretty pointless because it doesn't tighten anything, but otherwise I like the skirt. I'm a size small and it fit great, the waist was a bit loose so I could go down a size if I wanted
