Very sharp and lots of options
These little knives are the sharpest I've ever owned. Terribly hard! LAUGH OUT LOUD. I really like them and the only complaint I have is that on silver handle knives they can hold the blades a bit tighter. They felt like they might slip. But that aside, don't push or pull hard when cutting. Really good knives
