Review on Exelare by Kyle Mason

The ability to see who has viewed your profile, what they have done in it as well how many times someone views you or not helps me with my job search process even though I'm working at this time of year when there are fewer jobs available! It's also great that we can upload our resumes directly into their platform which allows us to do so without having to go through another service like LinkedIn first before uploading them.

We haven't found anything about exellarre yet but if anyone asks for feedback please let others know what other features would be helpful. Our current issue was being able to track applicants from different sources/companies within one account on Excelarelse such as resume searches via Indeed vs searching internally using career portals etc. This helped reduce duplicate applications since all candidates were managed under 1 employer rather than multiple employers managing separate accounts where people could apply once then get lost after submitting.
