These knurls are not even remotely concentric, .

These knurls are nowhere near concentric, the concentricity of the center hole varies by over 30,000 inches on one pair and slightly less on the other. Still usable if you point and drill your own hole, but that's just unnecessary pain. Rather spend a little more money and buy quality parts.
