I use filter thread and Chemipure Blue for GFO and charcoal so I don't have to run the GFO reactor. Haven't seen any sign of PO4 issues since I walked and coral is growing + clear water. I removed one of the spacers to accommodate the 5.5 ounce media. Otherwise, this is a great replacement for regular filter socks. Remove and replace the filter thread and continue. Doesn't need to be washed! No reactor leaks or maintenance work. If you want an easy and clean setup with AIO, this is a must!
