Perfect for plantar fasciitis stretches. Inredibly helpful.
I've suffered from plantar fasciitis for decades. It runs in my family.I remember my father having a device like this for his plantar fasciitis so when I saw the opportunity to pick one up, I figured it was worth a try.The ball does not do much for me, but the stretching device is amazing.
