Review on 🔧 PCV Valve Cover Crankcase Vent Hose for BMW 135i 135is 535i GT xDrive 640i xDrive x1 x3 x4 x5 x6 | Replaces Part #: 11127584128 by Ryan Sandell

I was replacing the rocker cover gasket on my 2012 BMW X5 and although I was able to carefully remove the part, when I tried to reinstall it the center of the tube broke. Apparently the plastic has become very brittle over the years. This item fits perfectly. The side with the tabs requires some effort. I used a screwdriver to get some leverage to push the ends in. Everything seems to work fine - no CEL or other errors. If you are planning on replacing the valve cover or gasket, I would also consider replacing that part. You won't waste time removing the old part safely and sanely. Simply cut the hose in half or snap the tabs knowing you'll be replacing it.
