I love this foaming toothpaste from Aliver. The taste is pleasant, it can be dosed very well. Plus, it's a lot easier to store than a regular tube of toothpaste. And there seems to be a slight improvement in whitening my teeth. However, I'm not sure if this is the best toothpaste for everyday use. While it certainly works, I don't feel my teeth are as clean and healthy as when I use my regular brand (Pronamel by Sensodyne). And I have the feeling that the paste penetrates the interdental spaces better than the foam. However, this is a great backup. It is very versatile and would feel very comfortable to travel with. The dispenser is an impressive innovation that makes brushing your teeth easier and more fun. You can also use it as a mouthwash by pumping some foam directly into your mouth and rinsing it out. I would imagine that it would also benefit the teeth to some extent. However, I have found that I prefer regular mouthwash (Crest Scope Outlast Peppermint) for both ease of use and breath freshening. As the mouthwash was as good as the scope I would definitely prefer this Aliver Foaming Toothpaste due to the fantastic dispenser. I recommend.
