I'm losing my patience with Sonos. I've built quite a large system (eight Play-1s, a Play-5, a soundbar, a subwoofer) and have been a big believer in the past; However, the latest update to the Sonos app was terrible. Now (after the update) I have to unplug my Sonos controller and wait for it to restart. It's gotten so annoying that I'm starting to regret buying the inexplicably expensive Sonos components. Sonos was (and should be) plug-and-play, but it definitely isn't. In addition, it took a long time to master the new application interface and I don't see any improvement (and it's very buggy). For those of you who were one of Sonos' early followers and evangelists, I want you to come together. My wife is so fed up with the Sonos network that she doesn't even use it anymore, just playing music from the standalone Revain Echo. Please repair your software!
