Too Difficult: Heating, Cooling, and Air Quality

Cooler requires refilling water and changing frozen water bottle. The manual mentions this pipe and this pipe and this valve, but the water bowl is at the bottom. It's too difficult for an old lady to keep up; Also, it's not very strong. I guess I'll just let it run until it dies. I think it will last a few years as we have hard water which is not very good for pipes.
