I got it today and before I used it I couldn't even open the milk container but after using the device it was super easy to open the milk container and tinker ❣️ Personally, I can highly recommend this product to anyone with hand problems. I would also like to add that my hands are very sensitive to heat/news, but this lovely machine has the perfect settings even for me💖 I've marked my most used settings with red X's, caring for my hands beforehand hurts too much . . I am such a very satisfied customer 🥰
