Tried everything - charging in the case, without case, different (slim) case, sockets for connecting the charger changed, position of the charger - everything that could affect charging on this article. Nothing worked. I have a Samsung S20 FE with wireless charging enabled and use the same company's desktop charger which works like a charm - no problem. But this car charger just won't work no matter what I do. Repackaging it and sending it back for a refund is not an option as I threw away the original box it came in and have to drive some distance to a UPS pickup location so just isn't worth the hassle . I've never had a problem with Yootech devices in the past - I've used their wireless chargers before with no problems, so I can only assume I had a bad charger this time.
